Account details (name, email, password hash), booking and stay details you or a property enter, messages you send us, and technical data needed to keep the service secure (such as sign-in events).

To provide accounts and bookings, to let properties manage their stays, to keep the service secure, to meet legal obligations, and — only with your consent — to send marketing.

With the property you book or work with, and with service providers who host and operate Wixotel on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
